Maison Tricon

Harvested on the slopes, these wines can be very different according to the orientation, the soil and the vinification. The bouquet is more complex and more persistent than that of a Chablis, with aromas of acacia honey and a hint of iodine and plants.

Goes well with lightly smoked fish, miller's thumb or poached white fowl done in gravy.

Those wines reach their peak in their 5th year, when they start to develop those famous hazelnut aromas.

Aromas of green apples, white flowers and sometimes minerals while the wine is young. Long on the palate, rich and full-bodied, this 1er Cru has very intense aromas and a fruity nose. Over the years, it will become even fuller.
