Maison Tricon

Due to the marly limestone soil, this wine has the inimitable qualities of freshness and lightness. A limpid colour with scents of almonds and flint developping notes of fruits and flowers. Due to its acidity it has a rich and a fresh taste. An elegant wine with a lasting aroma.

Goes well with seafood, hot oyster in sabayon sauce of the same wine, young rabbit in jelly, sheep's and goat's milk cheese.

The softness and subtlety of this wine is bought on by the freshness
of the acidity and this all makes for an elegant and full-bodied wine.
It should be drunk within about 3 years, but could be aged for 5 to 10 years. This will bring out the richness of the bouquet and the wine will gain in complexity.
