This little brother is less complex structured in its aroma and has a higher acidity than the regular Chablis. A golden-green robe and mineral bouquet are typical of this wine. Fruity and lively, very pleasant and refreshing.

	Very fine with sausages and hams, grilled fish and seafood.
	Already inviting and good to drink during the next 3 years.
